Baked Chicken Drumsticks, Buffalo-Style
Garlic baked chicken drumsticks are coated in a spicy sauce and served with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Line a large baking pan with foil and place a cooling rack inside.

Pat chicken pieces dry, then toss with olive oil and garlic.

Arrange chicken on the rack and bake for 30 minutes.

Flip chicken and bake for an additional 20 minutes.

Increase oven temperature to 400 F and bake for 15 to 20 minutes more, until browned.

Combine melted butter and hot sauce in a bowl, then toss with the hot cooked drumsticks.

Arrange chicken on a serving platter and drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Serve with extra dressing on the side.
