Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

  2. Combine bread crumbs and cream in a large bowl, mix, and let stand for 5 minutes.

  3. Add 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce, salt, pepper, and steak seasoning; mix well.

  4. Gently mix in ground beef until just combined.

  5. Form the mixture into 6 patties.

  6. In a 13x9 inch pan, mix the remaining barbecue sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

  7. Add the patties to the pan, turning to coat them in the sauce.

  8. Bake for 27 to 35 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165 F is reached.

  9. Serve patties with sauce on hamburger buns immediately.
