Baked Avocado Chips Recipe
Crispy avocado chips featuring a zest of lime and a dusting of Parmesan offer a satisfying, crunchy snack especially suitable for a keto diet.

Preheat the oven to 325 F.

Mash avocado flesh with lime zest and juice.

Stir almond flour into the mashed avocado.

Mix in chile flakes, salt, pepper, and Parmesan; refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Line baking sheets and scoop heaping teaspoons of the chilled avocado mixture onto them, spaced apart.

Lightly pat each avocado mound into a 1/16-inch thick round.

Bake for approximately 25 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through, adjusting heat if chips brown too quickly.

Remove chips from the oven, cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack until completely cool; repeat with any remaining mixture.
