Baked Acorn Squash Recipe
A comforting baked acorn squash dish infused with sweet honey and brown sugar.

Preheat the oven to 400 F.

Cut the acorn squash in half, remove the stem, and scoop out the seeds.

Poke holes inside the squash with a fork.

Combine melted butter, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.

Brush the butter mixture generously inside each squash half.

Place squash halves cut-side up on a baking sheet and roast for 50-55 minutes until fork-tender, basting 2-3 times and rotating for even cooking.
