Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin With Marmalade Brown Sugar Glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Combine steak seasoning with 1 tablespoon brown sugar and rub this mixture over the pork loin roast.

  3. Place the seasoned roast in a foil-lined baking dish and arrange bacon strips over it, tucking the ends underneath.

  4. Roast the pork loin for approximately 55 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 140 F.

  5. While roasting, combine the glaze ingredients.

  6. Brush the glaze generously over the roast and continue baking for 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 155 F.
