Bacon-Wrapped Figs
Bacon-wrapped figs offer an irresistible and simple appetizer for any gathering.

Instructions

Preheat broiler if using, or heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Rinse and dry figs, trimming any excess stems.

Cut each bacon strip in half lengthwise; cut crosswise for shorter strips if desired.

Wrap each fig with a bacon strip, overlapping minimally to secure.

Cook figs in the hot pan or on a baking sheet under the broiler, turning until bacon is crisp on all sides.

Transfer cooked figs to paper towels to blot excess fat before serving hot.
