Bacon Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Preheat the oven to 375 F.

Trim Brussels sprouts, remove outer leaves, and halve larger ones; place them in a roasting pan.

Peel and cut garlic cloves, then scatter them over the sprouts along with diced bacon.

Cover the pan with foil and roast for 20 minutes, or until the bacon begins to render and sprouts soften.

Remove the foil, toss the ingredients, and continue roasting for 20 to 30 minutes until the sprouts are tender, bacon is crispy, and garlic is browned.

Season with salt to taste and serve immediately.
