Preheat the oven to 425 F. If using uncooked dough, par-bake it on a baking sheet for 5 to 7 minutes, then set aside; no pre-baking is needed for a prebaked crust.

Heat oil in a large skillet; sauté onions and garlic until tender, about 6 to 7 minutes.

Stir in flour, paprika, and pepper; cook for 3 minutes.

Add sour cream, thyme, and marjoram; cook until thickened (1-2 minutes), then stir in mustard.

Spread the prepared sauce over the crust.

Top with bacon and cheeses.

Bake for 9 to 15 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheeses are melted.
