Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

  2. Brown ground beef, bacon, and onion in a large pan; season with salt and pepper, then drain the grease.

  3. Add cream cheese, ketchup, barbecue sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the pan; stir over low heat until melted, then cool.

  4. Roll out each biscuit. Place 2 tablespoons of beef mixture and 1 cheddar cheese square onto each, then wrap and tightly seal the edges.

  5. Arrange biscuits seam-side down on a parchment-lined pan. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.

  6. Bake at 350 F for 13 to 16 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
