Avocado Chocolate Mousse Recipe
A healthy and vegan chocolate mousse gets its luscious texture from avocados.

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, or in a microwave, stirring every 20 seconds.

Add the melted chocolate, avocados, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender.

Blend until completely smooth, adding more non-dairy milk one tablespoon at a time if too thick, and adjusting sweetness with more maple syrup if desired.

Transfer the mousse to a serving bowl and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
