Instructions

  3. In a small saucepan, combine hot sauce, butter, and vinegar over low heat until butter melts.

  4. Adjust sauce flavor by adding more butter, water, or sugar to reduce heat; add more hot sauce to increase heat; add salt as needed.

  5. Fry wings in 2 to 3 batches for 12 to 15 minutes each, ensuring crispiness and thorough cooking; allow oil to reheat between batches.

  6. Toss fried wings with the warm sauce.

  7. Serve immediately with blue cheese, ranch, or garlic Parmesan dip.
