Atay Bi Nana Moroccan Mint Tea
A traditional Moroccan Mint Tea, prepared in just 10 minutes, utilizes green gunpowder tea and fresh spearmint for authentic flavors.

Instructions

Start boiling 4 cups of water in a medium pot.

Rinse your teapot with 1/4 cup boiling water, then discard.

Add 1 teaspoon gunpowder green tea to the teapot, pour a few tablespoons of boiling water over the leaves to rinse, then swirl and discard the water.

Combine 1 large handful fresh spearmint leaves and 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar in the teapot, then fill with about 2 cups boiling water.

Steep for at least five minutes, then stir and serve.
