Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F.

  2. Grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt pan.

  3. Toss diced pears with pecans, cinnamon, and sugar; set aside.

  4. In a large bowl, combine flours, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  5. Stir in oil, vanilla, and eggs until well blended.

  6. Fold in the prepared pear and nut mixture.

  7. Spoon batter into the prepared pan.

  8. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
