Artichoke Gruyere Dip

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Pulse artichoke hearts in a food processor, then add yogurt or sour cream, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, and 3/4 cup Gruyère cheese; pulse until blended.

  3. Scrape the mixture into a baking dish and bake uncovered for 20 minutes until bubbly.

  4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup cheese and fresh herbs, then broil for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with olive oil-toasted bread.
