Artichoke Gruyere Dip

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Pulse artichoke hearts in a food processor, then add yogurt or sour cream, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, and 3/4 cup Gruyère cheese; pulse until blended.

Scrape the mixture into a baking dish and bake uncovered for 20 minutes until bubbly.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup cheese and fresh herbs, then broil for 1-2 minutes.
