Apple Salad With Pecans and Raisins

A creamy apple salad, reminiscent of a classic Waldorf, combines crisp apples, celery, pecans, raisins, and a mayonnaise dressing.

Instructions

  1. Wash, core, and cut apples into 1/2-inch cubes.

  2. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice.

  3. In a large bowl, combine apples, celery, pecans, raisins, and 1/3 cup mayonnaise; mix well. Adjust mayonnaise to taste.

  4. Serve salad on lettuce leaves.
