Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate cup, whisk maple syrup, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract; then stir in the chopped apple.
