Apple Chutney

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a medium saucepan.

  2. Add chopped apple, pecans, apple cider, brown sugar, raisins, cranberries, lemon juice, and spices.

  3. Cook over medium heat until the apple is tender, dried fruits soften, and cider evaporates, adding more apple cider if the mixture becomes too dry.

  4. Serve warm or chilled.
