Apple and Dried Cherry Crisp (Pareve)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and oil an 8x10-inch baking dish.

  2. Combine apples, lemon juice, sugar, and dried cherries in a large bowl, then transfer to the prepared dish.

  3. Whisk oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and ginger in a separate bowl. Stir in oil, maple syrup, and pecans until moistened.

  4. Spread the topping over the apples. Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden, covering with foil if the topping browns too quickly.

  5. Let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
