Instructions

  1. Prepare seasoned flour by mixing flour with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. Coat the meat by first dredging in seasoned flour, then dipping into beaten egg, and finally pressing thoroughly into breadcrumbs or cracker crumbs.
