Angels on Horseback (Bacon-Wrapped Oysters)
A quick three-ingredient appetizer features crispy bacon-wrapped oysters, traditionally known as angels on horseback.

Preheat your broiler.

Halve thin-cut bacon strips. Wrap each small oyster with a bacon half and secure with a toothpick.

Arrange the bacon-wrapped oysters on a broiling pan.

Broil for 5 to 6 minutes until the bacon is crispy.

Flip the oysters, then broil for an additional 2 to 4 minutes to crisp the other side.

Serve on a platter, applying lemon juice just before serving. Optionally, serve on buttered toast points.
