Almond Flour Pie Crust
A quick and easy gluten-free pie crust can be prepared using almond flour and only four ingredients in under 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Combine 2 cups blanched almond flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a large bowl.

Stir in 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil and 1 large egg.

Spoon the dough into a 9-inch pie pan, then press it evenly into the bottom and up the sides.

Create decorative indentations along the top edge with a fork.

Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, until lightly golden brown.

Cool completely before adding filling.
