Instructions

  3. Stir in seasoned salt, onion powder, and pepper until just combined.

  5. Shape the meat into four patties, making a deep impression in the center of each.

  6. Grill burgers for 8 to 12 minutes total, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 F.
