Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 F to keep cooked tots warm, then combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper for the dipping sauce and refrigerate.

  2. Place peeled potatoes in a saucepan, cover with water, and boil for 7 to 9 minutes until partially cooked; drain and cool for 15 minutes.

  3. Grate the cooled potatoes and gently mix with 1 teaspoon kosher salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

  4. Shape 1 tablespoon of the potato mixture into an oblong tot, place on a lined pan, and air dry for 5 minutes.

  5. Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking oil spray, arrange half the tots inside, and spritz them lightly.

  6. Air fry at 375 F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.

  7. Transfer cooked tots to the preheated oven, sprinkle lightly with kosher salt, and repeat with the remaining tots.

  8. Serve the hot tater tots with the prepared dipping sauce.
