Instructions

  1. Start boiling 1 quart of water in a medium saucepan.

  2. Harvest pumpkin seeds from a pumpkin, then rinse them clean in a fine-mesh strainer.

  3. Add seeds to the boiling water and boil for 5 minutes, then drain.

  4. Toss the drained seeds with melted butter, salt, and garlic powder in a medium bowl until fully coated.

  5. Transfer coated seeds to an air fryer and fry at 365 F for about 15 minutes until crisp and browned, shaking the basket halfway through.
