Air Fryer Potato Chips
Crispy potato chips can be achieved in an air fryer without deep frying, requiring thorough drying of the potato slices.

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 350 F.

Scrub potatoes thoroughly, then thinly slice them 1/8-inch thick; immediately submerge slices in very cold water.

After at least 20 minutes, remove potatoes from water, rinse, then pat completely dry on paper towels.

Toss the dried potato slices with oil or cooking spray in a large bowl.

Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 350 F for 10 minutes.

Separate and flip slices; if not golden and crisp, increase temperature to 400 F and air fry for 3 to 5 more minutes.

Remove chips, immediately sprinkle with salt, and repeat with any remaining slices.
