Air Fryer Fish Sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 F and lightly oil its basket.

  2. Pat fish dry, then season with half of the salt and pepper.

  3. Combine the remaining salt and pepper with flour and Old Bay seasoning in one bowl, and beat eggs with Dijon mustard in another.

  4. Dredge fish pieces first in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat generously with panko crumbs, pressing them to adhere.

  5. Arrange half of the coated fish sticks in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between each piece; lightly spray with cooking oil if desired.

  6. Cook for 12 to 16 minutes at 400 F, flipping after 8 minutes; transfer to a rack and repeat with remaining fish.

  7. Serve the fish sticks with lemon wedges and a preferred dipping sauce.
