Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

A quick and easy preparation results in crispy air-fried chicken thighs infused with rich garlic and Parmesan.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380 F. Dry chicken thighs and spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.

  2. Season the chicken: spread garlic, then evenly sprinkle with Parmesan, salt, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  3. Place the seasoned chicken, skin-side up, in the air fryer basket and drizzle with olive oil.

  4. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip the chicken and continue cooking for 6 more minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.

  5. Serve, optionally with extra grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
