Instructions

  1. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.

  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and season them lightly with kosher salt and black pepper.

  3. Prepare three shallow dishes: one with 1/2 cup flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with 1 cup flour combined with Cajun seasoning.

  4. Dredge each chicken breast through the plain flour, then the beaten egg, then the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess coating after each step.

  5. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and spray them lightly with cooking oil.

  6. Cook at 390F for 16 minutes, flipping the chicken and spraying lightly with oil halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165F.

  7. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
