Instructions

  1. Combine vinegar, oil, water, garlic, cumin, achiote paste, red pepper, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Store the mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

  3. To use, pour the marinade over beef in a resealable bag and refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours.
