Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a Bundt pan.

  2. Combine cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, Galliano, vodka, pudding mix, and orange juice; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared Bundt pan, tap to release air, and bake for 45 to 50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

  4. Let the cake rest for 5 minutes, then loosen edges and unmold onto a platter.

  5. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, orange juice, Galliano, and vodka until smooth, adjusting consistency as needed.

  6. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cake and let it cool to set.

  7. Alternatively, fill mini-muffin or regular muffin tins three-fourths full and bake for 10 or 20 minutes respectively; glaze or dust with powdered sugar.
