Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F and line a baking sheet with foil.

  2. Place salmon fillets on the prepared pan, then brush with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings.

  3. Roast for 8 to 10 minutes; turn off heat and let sit in the closed oven for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 125 to 130 F.

  4. Cover and rest the fillets for 5 minutes before serving.
