Instructions

  1. Fry chopped bacon in a skillet over medium-low heat for 8 to 10 minutes until crisp; drain on paper towels.

  2. Combine brown sugar, mustard powder, and ketchup or chili sauce in a bowl.

  3. Transfer beans and fried bacon to a slow cooker, then mix in the prepared sauce.
