4-Ingredient Crock-Pot Pork Barbecue

An easy slow cooker recipe yields tender pulled pork barbecue, prepared with pork roast, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and a favorite barbecue sauce.

Instructions

  1. Place pork roast, sliced onion, and Worcestershire sauce in a slow cooker, then cover with water.

  2. Cook on low for at least 12 hours.

  3. Remove pork from the slow cooker, discarding the cooking water, and set aside the cooked onions.

  4. Shred the pork using a fork, discarding any fat and bones.

  5. Return the shredded pork and reserved onions to the slow cooker, add your favorite barbecue sauce, and cook on low for an additional hour until heated through.

  6. Serve on heated buns with desired accompaniments.
