4 Bean Chili

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat; sauté onion and garlic for 5-6 minutes until tender.

Stir in refried beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and 1 cup broth until well combined.

Add remaining broth, chili powder, cumin, pepper, and salt.

Stir in black beans, navy beans, and kidney beans.

Bring chili to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring often, until thickened.
