4 Bean Chili

A quick and easy four bean chili offers an incredible depth of flavor thanks to a secret ingredient.

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat; sauté onion and garlic for 5-6 minutes until tender.

  2. Stir in refried beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and 1 cup broth until well combined.

  3. Add remaining broth, chili powder, cumin, pepper, and salt.

  4. Stir in black beans, navy beans, and kidney beans.

  5. Bring chili to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring often, until thickened.

  6. Serve.
